Hi, I am Brad Stroup, a computer repair technician living in Alexandria, Kentucky.  I have loved working with computers for as long as I can remember!  I have a degree in Economics and Computer Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.  I have worked with several Fortune 500 companies over the years to include Lanier Business Products, Staples Easy Tech, and GE Information Technology Solutions.  The experience I gained during my employment was priceless.

Technology powers so much of our lives these days, but expert support is not always accessible or affordable. That is why, in 2001, I branched out on my own to provide low-cost remote and personal technology support solutions for homes and small businesses throughout the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.  I have also received my CompTIA A+ and Microsoft certifications.
