Hi, I’m Brad Stroup, a computer technician based in Alexandria, Kentucky, and the founder of Bradford Stroup LLC. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for technology and helping people make the most of it.

I hold a degree in Economics and Computer Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and bring over two decades of hands-on experience in IT. My career began with roles at major companies like Lanier Business Products, Staples Easy Tech, and GE Information Technology Solutions, where I gained invaluable experience supporting both individuals and enterprise-level systems.

But I quickly realized that while technology was becoming essential in our daily lives, truly personalized support was often hard to find—especially for small businesses and everyday users. So in 2001, I started my own company to offer affordable, expert computer support to homes and small businesses across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

I’m proud to hold CompTIA A+ and Microsoft certifications, and even prouder to say that most of my business comes through referrals from long-time, satisfied clients.

To me, this work is personal. Whether I’m troubleshooting a frustrating issue, setting up a secure system, or guiding someone through a new device, my goal is always the same:
to provide honest, reliable support that keeps you connected, productive, and protected.
